MAT33

Group · ~60 min
$25 single · $115 for 5 · $210 for 10
What it is
Mat-based training focused on strength, mobility, stability and body control. No machines, just you and the mat.
Who it's for
Anyone building strength and control without equipment, from complete beginners to people maintaining fitness between physio sessions.
What we treat
General core strength, posture and mobility. Not a substitute for 1:1 clinical work if you're actively injured.
What happens in the class
A coached, full-body mat sequence, with the instructor correcting form throughout, not just calling out reps.
How it helps
Builds the core strength and control that supports everything else, from daily movement to Reformer work.
What to expect
A mat, comfortable clothing, and a small class so your form actually gets watched.

Cardio-Strength 33

Group · 70 min
$30
What it is
A dynamic, full-body class combining cardiovascular training and strength training: exercise while you learn about exercise.
Who it's for
People who want a higher-intensity group class, with the movement education baked in rather than just a workout to survive.
What we treat
General conditioning, endurance and full-body strength: a fitness class, not a rehab program.
What happens in the class
Cardio conditioning, strength exercises and functional movements, with music and a motivating group environment, and coaching on the "why" behind each movement.
How it helps
Builds endurance and strength while teaching movement literacy you can carry outside the class.
What to expect
A new class we're introducing gradually, running 1–2 times a month to start while we gauge demand, at $30 for 70 minutes.
