A physiotherapist at Axis33 setting up electrical stimulation treatment for a patient

Structured recovery, staged around you.

Exercise-based rehabilitation for injury, surgery, WorkCover, NDIS and CTP claims, reviewed and progressed as you go, not a fixed program run on autopilot.

Four programs, each with a clear process.

Guided Exercise Program

30 min · $50
45 min · $90
What it is
A supervised exercise session focused on technique and safe progression.
Who it's for
Anyone in active rehab, whether you're ten minutes or ten weeks into recovery, and want someone watching your form.
What we treat
Deconditioning, strength deficits and movement confidence after injury, surgery, or time off from being active.
What happens in the session
We work through your prescribed exercises together, adjusting load and technique in real time.
How it helps
Exercises done correctly, progressed at the right pace: the difference between recovery and re-injury.
What to expect
Comfortable clothing you can move in, and a program that changes as you improve.

WorkCover Rehabilitation

Duration & billing confirmed at booking
What it is
Physiotherapy and rehabilitation for workplace injury claims, from initial assessment to a safe return to work.
Who it's for
WorkCover QLD claimants who need a treating physiotherapist for their claim.
What we treat
Workplace injuries requiring a functional and work capacity assessment, treatment, and staged return-to-work planning.
What happens
Initial assessment, physiotherapy treatment, exercise rehabilitation, functional and work capacity assessment, then progressive return-to-work planning with regular progress reports.
How it helps
Keeps your employer, GP, specialist and insurer aligned on one plan, aimed at a safe, progressive and sustainable return to work.
What to expect
We communicate directly with your GP, specialist, employer and insurer as part of the process, so you're not the one relaying updates between everyone.

NDIS

Individualised, plan-managed or self-managed
What it is
Individualised physiotherapy and rehabilitation for NDIS participants.
Who it's for
NDIS participants working on functional independence, mobility or capacity building goals.
What we treat
Functional rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, mobility, balance and falls prevention.
What happens
Assessment against your goals, then a plan combining exercise prescription with home exercise programs you can keep up between sessions.
How it helps
Builds real functional independence and capacity, not just a session that ends when you leave the clinic.
What to expect
We can work in collaboration with your Support Coordinator, Occupational Therapist, carers, GP and specialists as part of your care team.

CTP

Duration & billing confirmed at booking
What it is
Physiotherapy and rehabilitation for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident, under a CTP claim.
Who it's for

What we treat
Soft tissue injuries, whiplash and musculoskeletal injuries commonly sustained in traffic accidents.
What happens
Initial assessment and diagnosis, then a treatment and rehabilitation plan aligned with your claim requirements.
How it helps
A documented, evidence-based recovery process that supports both your recovery and your claim.

Questions before you book

Do I need a referral for WorkCover, NDIS or CTP?

WorkCover and CTP claims generally require a referral or claim approval from your insurer. Call us and we'll confirm what's needed for your specific claim. NDIS participants can book directly if plan- or self-managed.

Will you communicate with my employer or insurer?

Yes, for WorkCover and CTP claims we provide progress reports and communicate directly with GPs, specialists, employers and insurers as part of the rehabilitation process.

Can you work alongside my Support Coordinator or OT?

Yes, we regularly collaborate with Support Coordinators, Occupational Therapists, carers, GPs and specialists involved in a participant's care.

How is rehabilitation different from a standard physio consultation?

Rehabilitation programs are staged and reviewed over multiple sessions toward a specific functional goal, such as return to work, NDIS capacity building, or claim recovery, rather than a single consultation.
